HANH TAT

In July, at Mindvalley University, I walked into a workshop on hand analysis with zero knowledge and no expectation of what I was about to learn. For the next 1.5 hours, I, along with over 100 others sat enraptured as Master Hand Analyst, Brent Bruning, masterfully educated us on the power that lies within our hands.

This is not simply about the lines on our palms (hand-analysis is not palmistry, yet includes this) but encompasses our hands in their entirety, including the shape and size of the palms, length and shape of the fingers amongst other elements, and most crucially, the prints on our fingertips.

Collectively, these show us our life pattern; our gifts and talents, our challenges and most importantly, our shadows/core wounds that we were born with, which were innervated and imprinted into our very nervous systems at 7 – 11 weeks in the womb and show up in our fingerprints.

Everything I’d learned in psychology up to that point explained that our shadows are entirely due to our conditioning from our younger years, so to learn that we have integral parts of us, including core wounds that we inherited in utero blew my mind.

I went on to have my own hands analysed by Brent which revealed incredible insights that have allowed me to reach a deep acceptance of parts of myself that I had previously judged.

So fascinated by the subject was I that I enrolled on Brent’s absorbing 6-week intensive course which I completed recently and would recommend without hesitation to anyone who wants to learn more.
