As we celebrate all the fabulously amazing women around the world on this International Women’s Day, I want to also give a massive shout out to all the wonderful men, past and present, who I’ve been blessed to know during my life.
– My dad, my hero.
– My brothers, my support.
– My previous partners, my teachers.
– My ex-colleagues, my peers and mentors.
– My snowboarding and surfing buddies, my companions in fun!
– My sons, may you grow up to be men I’m proud of.
All these lovely humans have contributed to who I am today, for which I am hugely grateful.
May this day, where we recognise and honour the invaluable contributions of all women across the globe, also be an opportunity to both appreciate the men who have supported us on our journey and promote collective gender cohesion.
When we all stand together, as equals regardless of gender, and simply as brothers and sisters of our human family, we cultivate the conditions for greater harmony and unity in our world. Together we are stronger. ❤️
